1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
2. Where your order ships from
GowGow coffee wood chews are made in Vietnam from natural coffee wood. Finished products are stocked in fulfillment warehouses in the United States, and orders are packed and shipped from these US warehouses through Amazon's fulfillment network.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping rates and delivery time
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 – delivered within 4–7 business days after the order ships. Includes damage insurance.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more – delivered within 4–7 business days after the order ships.
Delivery times to Canada may be longer than to the US. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
5. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package with the carrier or at 17track.net.
6. Multiple packages
If you order several different products, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.
7. Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please email us at info.gowgow@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
