If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request either a return and refund of the original purchase or an exchange. To qualify for a full refund, the returned items must be shipped back with the shipping carrier within 14 days from the date of delivery and meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be free from any signs of use, including chewing

Items not meeting these criteria may be declined upon return.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping to the provided address following their return request. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy: For exchanges, customers are required to follow the standard return procedure by returning the original product(s) for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product(s). The customer is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s) to ensure they’re in new condition, you’ll be notified of the refund status via email. This process may take a few business days after the return shipping tracking indicates “delivered.” If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment, such as your credit card or PayPal account. The timing of the refunded amount appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.
